BetterBoard is an Atlassian Forge app. It runs inside the customer’s Atlassian environment and stores board configuration, not Jira ticket content.

Brief overview

BetterBoard stores the configuration needed to render a board: selected spaces, columns, grouping, filters, visible fields, card styling, and related board preferences. BetterBoard does not store Jira ticket or work item content, and it is designed around Jira permissions.
